Where personal data is transferred to a country or territory outside the Philippines, luckyyi ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act's requirements for cross-border transfers. These safeguards may include:
You may request information about the specific cross-border transfer mechanisms used by luckyyi by contacting the Data Protection Officer at the contact details set out in clause 14.

A plain-language summary of how luckyyi approaches data privacy for Filipino players — underpinned by Republic Act 10173 and PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
luckyyi expressly does not sell, barter, or commercially share your personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers. Your information is used solely to operate the Platform and fulfil our regulatory obligations under PAGCOR and Philippine law.
Every piece of data transmitted between your device and luckyyi's servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by Philippine banks. Sensitive data stored in our systems is also encrypted at rest.
As a Filipino data subject under RA 10173, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by luckyyi. Submit requests to [email protected] — we respond within 15 business days as required by the NPC.
luckyyi retains personal data only for as long as necessary — defined by the purpose of collection and applicable legal retention requirements. Financial records are kept for 10 years per AMLA; other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
Marketing and promotional communications from luckyyi are sent only with your consent. You can opt out at any time from your account settings — no penalties, no impact on your account services. Transactional notifications are not affected by opt-outs.
luckyyi's data processing practices are designed to satisfy both the National Privacy Commission's requirements under RA 10173 and PAGCOR's player data regulations. We have a designated Data Protection Officer registered with the NPC.
The Data Privacy Act of 2012 gives every Filipino data subject concrete rights. Here's what each of those rights means in the context of your luckyyi account.
Request a copy of all personal data luckyyi holds about you, including the categories of data, the purposes for which it's processed, and who it's been shared with. We'll respond within 15 business days.
If any personal data luckyyi holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected. Update basic details directly in your account settings, or contact support for KYC-related corrections.
Request deletion of your personal data where it's no longer necessary for its original purpose. Note that certain records must be retained under AMLA and PAGCOR rules — but we'll delete everything we legally can.
Receive the personal data you've provided to luckyyi in a structured, machine-readable format — for example, to transfer your account history or preferences to another service provider of your choice.
Object to luckyyi processing your personal data where we rely on legitimate interests as the lawful basis — including for profiling. We will stop unless we can demonstrate compelling grounds that override your interests.
If you believe luckyyi has violated your rights under the Data Privacy Act and our response doesn't satisfy you, you have the right to escalate a complaint directly to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
Now that you understand how luckyyi handles your personal data, you can enjoy the platform with confidence — knowing your information is secured, your rights are respected, and our practices are fully compliant with Philippine privacy law.
